The Divine Comedy is the story of ten gruelling days of silence, where Anthony journeyed to the depth of his mind and battled the hive of evil clowns behind his lifelong misery, and somehow returned with his soul intact.
Anthony Locascio has built a reputation as one of Australia’s most dynamic and fearless comedians. Since leaving corporate insolvency in 2017, he has written and performed seven different hours of stand-up, selling out theatres across the country and abroad. His 2025 special Pappou, filmed at a sold-out Enmore Theatre, was dedicated to his grandfather and explored the immigrant experience through generations with honesty and heart. Anthony’s comedy balances biting cultural commentary with deeply personal storytelling, taking audiences from the absurd to the heartfelt in a single beat. Having toured New York, Canada, and London, he continues to push beyond “ethnic comedy” to craft work that resonates universally – funny, raw, and unmistakably his own.
