Brisbane’s award-winning Ghostlight Theatre Co. brings William McNulty’s Dracula to the stage for four performances only this October.
Award-winning Brisbane-based theatre company Ghostlight Theatre Co. is set to sink its teeth into one of literature’s most enduring horror stories, bringing William McNulty’s adaptation of Dracula to Crete St Theatre, Beenleigh from 9-11 October 2026.
Described as Ghostlight’s biggest production yet, Dracula promises a visceral theatrical experience combining horror, intense practical effects, physical theatre and live action, all hallmarks of a company renowned for pushing the boundaries of live performance.
With a cast and creative team drawn from Brisbane’s local theatre community, this production places Queensland talent firmly at the centre, led by multi-award winning actor Reagan Warner as Dracula.
Directed by Yasmin Elahi (Evil Dead: The Musical, The Exorcist, Night of the Living Dead! The Musical!) is once again leading her company to success with this ambitious production. Dracula takes audiences into a world of blood, darkness and supernatural terror as the legendary Count Dracula sets his sights on England.
