MICF – Innes Lloyd’s The Lost Casebook of Sherlock Holmes

by | Mar 2, 2026

Innes Lloyd  have entertained Melbourne audiences for over 10 years with their hilarious adaptations of well-known literary characters (Dracula, Frankenstein even James Bond)

This year they will be bringing a brand-new show about a literary icon to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival…The Lost Casebook of Sherlock Holmes!

Across four novels and 56 short stories, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle teased readers with hints of other daring adventures for Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson. These cases were left untold… until now!

Comedy duo Innes Lloyd take three of these legendary, never-written mysteries and explode them onto the stage in a bold, high-energy, laugh-out-loud theatrical event…

Face the peril of Ricoletti of the Club Foot and His Abominable Wife!

Puzzle over the enigma of Colonel Warburton’s Madness!

Shudder at the terror of The Giant Rat of Sumatra!

This is Sherlock Holmes as you’ve never seen him: bigger, funnier and more thrilling than ever. The game is afoot – and this time, it’s anything but elementary!
