Sofitel Melbourne On Collins reaffirms its position as the hotel for the Arts with a major cultural highlight closing out 2025 and welcoming the new year; the launch of exclusive ANASTASIA the Musical Stay and See accommodation packages, accompanied by a curated suite of immersive theatre-inspired experiences available throughout the show’s Melbourne season.

“We are proud to support the arts,” said General Manager Stephan Leroy. “By weaving unexpected cultural moments into every stay, we invite our guests to see Melbourne through a richer and more inspiring lens. Supporting ANASTASIA as we close out 2025 feels especially fitting, marking a year in which we embraced a diverse array of creative collaborations that celebrated the city’s vibrant cultural spirit.”

ANASTASIA: The Hit Broadway Musical

In celebration of the Australian premiere of ANASTASIA at the Regent Theatre from 20 December, limited-edition Stay and See packages will be available from now until 20 February 2026. Priced from $460, the package includes an overnight stay for two in a luxurious Superior King Room, buffet breakfast, two A-reserve tickets, and a welcome amenity.

To further immerse guests in the spirit of the musical, Sofitel Melbourne’s renowned culinary team will unveil a suite of limited-time, ANASTASIA-inspired delights available throughout the season.

Indulge in a beautifully crafted dessert experience that draws on flavours echoing the production’s sweeping travels, from the frost-kissed elegance of St Petersburg to the romantic sophistication of Paris. This limited-edition creation is perfectly paired with a champagne cocktail ensuring each flavour note is heightened. Designed for two to share, the handcrafted gateau layered with delicate pistachio mousse, fragrant French lavender and vibrant raspberry, finished with elegant chocolate city silhouettes.

On weekends, guests can also enjoy a special pastry item available as a breakfast highlight, an elegant nod to the show’s charm and warmth.

An exclusive event featuring a Q&A with the cast is also planned for 5 February 2026, for members of the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership program.

The partnership with ANASTASIA underscores the hotel’s long-standing commitment to supporting Melbourne’s performing arts scene and enhancing the guest experience through immersive cultural touchpoints.

Inspired by the beloved 1997 film, ANASTASIA is the dazzling Broadway musical from the Tony® Award-winning team of Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty, Lynn Ahrens and Darko Tresnjak. This enchanting production journeys from Imperial rule to 1920s Paris as a young woman sets out to uncover her past and find where she truly belongs.
