The Sydney Comedy Festival is excited to announce more hilarious acts taking part in its 20th anniversary Festival on from 21st April to 18th May.
Joining this year’s unbelievable line-up is viral comedian Steph Broadbridge who brings her hotly awaited Breaking: The Musical to the Sydney Comedy Festival, inspired by an Australian Olympian’s story. We will also see a new solo show from Aunty Donna’s Broden Kelly, while Aunty Donna’s Zachary Ruance will join forces with Alexei Tolopoulos. We’re also excited to welcome viral podcaster My Cousin Vlad, improv masters, The Bear Pack, made up of Steen Raskopoulos (The Office Australia) and Carlo Ritchie (Thank God You’re Here), and Aussie teacher-turned-comedian Ben Knight who recently made his Hollywood debut in The Fall Guy opposite Ryan Gosling.
International stars returning to the Festival in 2025 include former UK doctor and BAFTA-winning comedian Adam Kay with the return of his sell-out show This is Going to Hurt, UK award-winner and stand up legend known for The Great British Bake Off, Tom Allen, American comedian and YouTube star, Drew Lynch and Singaporean Indian comedian and TV host, actor and drag queen, Kumar.
“We are so excited for 2025 to be our biggest Festival yet, with some incredible names expanding to new hubs throughout New South Wales. There’s definitely something for everyone in 2025,” said Sydney Comedy Festival Director Jorge Menidis.
