The Hunchback of Notre Dame opens at The National Theatre, St Kilda tonight, Friday 15 May 

 

An epic story of love, acceptance and what it means to be a hero opens tonight at The National Theatre, St Kilda from 15 – 30 May 2026.

 

CLOC Musical Theatre is proud to open its production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, bringing the beloved Disney movie and Victor Hugo’s classic tale to life on stage.

 

This epic and powerful musical, featuring a soaring score and a sweeping tale of love, loyalty and justice, promises to be one of CLOC’s most ambitious productions to date. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, the story explores themes of belonging, compassion and moral courage, brought to life by a large cast, on stage choir and live orchestra.

 

Audiences are invited to experience one of musical theatre’s most moving and visually spectacular productions over the next three weeks. With a strictly limited season at The National Theatre Melbourne, this production is expected to sell out.
